Role Overview: As a Vehicle Prepper, you will play a vital role in ensuring vehicles are prepped and ready for painting. Your tasks will include:

• Performing meticulous filling tasks to achieve a smooth surface for painting.
• Skillfully applying masking techniques to safeguard specific areas from paint.
• Utilizing sanding techniques when necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Working on various vehicles, from small family cars to light commercial vehicles.
• Thriving in our fast-paced and well-equipped Bodyshop, where teamwork is key.

Desired Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals who embody these friendly qualities:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Vehicle Prepper.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring top-notch work.
• A self-starter who can also work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and vibrant workshop atmosphere.
• Possession of a full driving license.
